No rushn' in fishn'

Fishing was a big part of my growing up. My grandmother taught me how to fish and how to have the
patience to do so. They will bite if you give them a chance. Even as a beginner you have to understand that
there’s no rushin’ in fishin’. Part of the fun of fishing is the concentration on the water and technique which
allows all your stress and worries to disappear. Even if one bites, but you lose it, the fun of learning to fish
will outweigh the pain of “the one that got away.” Fishing for me was always a family affair. In the cool of the
evening, during the summer we would all go fishing and experience a togetherness none would ever forget.
Spending time with your family often times takes a backseat to the problems and stress of everyday life.
Time seemed to stand still on those hot days and crisp evenings when I was spending quality time with my
family; we were right where we wanted to be. All seemed calm and perfect. Fishing, for my family, created
lasting memories, and I believe it can do the same for you.
It is my mission to provide you with education and products to make your family fishing experience a fun,
memorable adventure. Throw your lines in, and remember…it just takes time, but they will bite.
